Do you accept my insurance?+
I'm in-network with Aetna, AvMed, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna and Evernorth, Florida Blue, Magellan, MultiPlan, and Optum. If you don't see your plan, reach out — I also work with out-of-network clients and provide superbills.
What if I'm out-of-network?+
Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of out-of-network mental health visits. I provide a monthly superbill you can submit directly to your insurance.
How do I check my benefits?+
Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask: 'What are my outpatient mental health benefits, what is my deductible, and what is my copay or coinsurance per session?'
Do you offer a sliding scale?+
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are reserved for clients experiencing financial hardship. Apply during your free consultation if you may be eligible.
